Home access Policy

Please make sure your dog has been to the toilet before we arrive at your house so they are comfortable during their time with us. We advise that you don't feed your pet 30 minutes before their scheduled groom for obvious reasons!

DROP OFF

Being Mobile we can not always get to you exactly due to other external issues so we may arrive 10-15mins early or late. if for whatever reason we will be longer we will contact you to advise on time delay and we may have to re-schedule. I work by appointment only; the appointment slot allocated for your pet's grooming session has been booked for you solely. A no-show results in lost income. Any late arrival will be classed as a missed appointment, in which case the deposit you have paid will become non-refundable. We offer a free appointment reminder, please inform us of your preference of contact.

HOUSE ACCESS

sometimes during the grooming process you may need to leave and allow access to return the dog back safely, please provide safe and secure details of what is required but we can not take any responsibility for house, key/code or any contents
